Our Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) team provides comprehensive oversight throughout all phases of construction to support quality control, contract compliance, and accurate documentation of work progress. Inspectors monitor and document construction activities to verify workmanship, materials, and installation methods while tracking project schedules and contractor performance. The goal is to support timely delivery, reduce delays, and help minimize avoidable cost overruns. Our team has extensive experience in roadway and structural inspection as well as sewer, drainage, excavation, concrete, asphalt (binder and wearing courses), manholes, pump stations, drop inlets, and soil stabilization operations.
